摘 要
本工程位于江苏省镇江市,为中学宿舍楼。实际工程的建筑层数为六层,建筑场地平面长宽约74.5m×20.5m,建筑高度约26.7m,底层高为4.5m,其余层层高均为3.9m,室内外高差0.45m,要求设置电梯。结构形式为3跨框架结构。建筑结构安全等级为二级,设计使用年限为50年;建筑场地类别为Ⅰ类,地基基础设计等级为丙级;建筑抗震设防类别为重点设防类(即乙类),抗震设防烈度为7度(基本地震加速度为0.15g),地震分组为第一组。
根据建筑设计和结构承重、抗震方面的要求以及场地地质条件,合理地进行结构选型和结构整体布置,确定各种结构构件的尺寸,选取一榀主要横向结构框架进行结构设计计算,用计算结构力学程序对该榀结构框架进行电算与手算结果进行对比分析;完成楼梯设计和基础设计;用盈建科及PKPM软件对整栋框架结构进行电算;绘制出相关建筑和结构施工图。
通过本模拟设计,可使学生综合土木工程专业各课程的知识,了解建筑设计方法,熟悉结构设计与分析过程。

Abstract
The project is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province and is a dormitory building for middle schools. According to architectural design and structural load-bearing, seismic requirements and site geological conditions, rational selection of structures and overall layout of the structure, determine the size of various structural components, select a major horizontal structural framework for structural design calculations, using the calculation structure The mechanical program compares and analyzes the computerized and hand-calculated results of the concrete structure frame; completes the staircase design and basic design; uses the Yingjianke and PKPM software to calculate the whole frame structure; and draws the relevant architectural and structural construction drawings.
