沥青混凝土心墙层间结合质量影响因素研究(论文4300字)
摘要:心墙结合面是沥青混凝土心墙中的薄弱环节,容易受气温、降雨等因素的影响。本文结合大伙房水库的具体工程,根据相关实验模拟了-3℃、25℃、45℃、125℃四种层面温度和采取向层面洒水措施且层面温度为55℃、65℃、75℃、85℃八种工况进行沥青心墙碾压施工模拟。结果表明,低温条件不影响沥青混凝土的力学性能,心墙施工无需人为加热层面的允许最低温度为45℃;采取向层面洒水的措施具有良好的防粘效果,并且沥青混凝土的防渗性能也得以保证,心墙施工无需人为加热层面的允许最低温度为75℃,为相关工程建设提供了依据。

Research on Factors Affecting the Binding Quality of asphalt Concrete Core Walls
Abstract: The combination of heart and wall is the weak link in the asphalt concrete core wall and is easily influenced by the factors such as temperature and rainfall. According to the specific engineering of Dahuofang reservoir, the temperature of -3 oC, 25 oC, 45 oC, 125 oC are simulated and the water level is sprayed to the surface at the level of 55 oC, 65 oC, 75 oC, 85 oC eight kinds of conditions for asphalt core wall rolling construction simulation. The results show that the low temperature does not affect the mechanical properties of asphalt concrete. The allowable minimum temperature of the wall without artificial heating is 45 oC.
