摘 要
本论文主要讲述了大连交通大学新校区研究生公寓的设计过程。本宿舍楼属于建筑中的公共建筑,我在设计计算中参考了较多的相关书目,并且严格按照建筑设计规范来完成的。建筑设计中运用了新颖可行的设计方法,满足了建筑功能要求。结构计算中运用了最新的设计规范和合理的计算方法,具有良好的经济效果。综合以上两项,实现了用最少的钱,建最好的房子的目的。
本设计主要分为两大部分:第一部分为建筑设计。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下,根据任务书的要求,综合考虑基地环境,使用功能,结构施工,材料设备,建筑设计及建筑艺术问题,解决建筑物的使用功能和空间的安排。依据建筑物的概念,建筑方针的原则,完成了宿舍楼设计以下几方面的设计:建筑总平面设计,建筑布局,基本单元设计,公共部分设计,空间组合设计,屋面设计,建筑立面设计及建筑防火设计等等。
第二部分为结构设计。结构设计由框架设计,楼梯设计,板设计和基础设计等组成。该建筑的抗震设防烈度为7度,抗震等级为三级,考虑水平地震作用对横向框架的影响。竖向荷载作用下,横向框架内力计算采用弯矩分配法,而内力组合比较了竖向荷载组合和竖向荷载与地震力组合时对框架梁,柱产生的不利影响,取两者中较大值对框架梁,柱进行截面设计。

ABSTRACT
This thesis told the design processes of some sushe mainly. This belong to public buildings of civil engerning building, in design of calculating consulting more relevant booklists, and finished according to the design specification of the building strictly. Have used the novel and feasible design method in the architectural design, has met the function request of the building . The structure has used the latest design specification and rational computing technology while calculating, have good economic results. Synthesize the above two items, has realized using the the least money, the purpose to build best house.
This design is divided into two major parts mainly: The first part is the architectural design。The architectural design is on the premise of master plan, according to the request of task book, considering the base environment synthetically, the function of use, the structure constructs, material equipment, architectural design and artistic question of the building , solve the function of use of the building and arrangement in the space. Whether according to concept design of building, principle policy ofbuilding,the design should finish the following aspects. The total planar design of the building , the overall arrangement of the building , the elementary cell is designed, the public part is designed, the space is made up and designed, the roofing is designed, the elevation design of the building and building fire prevention and design etc..
The second part is structural design.Structural design is consisted by design of frame, stair design, board design with the foundation designing etc. making up. Should build provide fortification against earthquakes earthquake intensity 7 , antidetonation grade for being tertiary , consider horizontal earthquake function impact on horizontal frame. Vertical to load function, horizontal frame internal force calculate and adopt the curved square to assign France, and internal force make up vertical to is it make up and not vertical to load with earthquake strength setting a roof beam in place to frame when making up to load, adverse effect that post produce, fetch the two great value set a roof beam in place to frame, post design the section.

本工程为大连交通大学新校区研究生公寓。总建筑面积3600平方米,此建筑纵向长为50.4m,主体横向12.9m。主体结构共5层,层高均为3.3m。
基本风压:0.65kN ,地面粗糙度为C类。
抗震设计条件:本设计要求按7度设防,设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g,设计地震分组为第一组。
(1) 建筑地点:大连市旅顺经济开发区
(2) 工程说明及设计要求:采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构
(3) 地质、水文和气象资料:
该场地地质条件简单,分布稳定,根据钻孔勘探,拟建场地地表为粘性土,下部为砾砂和碎石土。由上至下各土层承载力设计值为:
粘性土:土层厚度1.0m;承载力标准值fk=170kPa;
砾砂和碎石土:承载力标准值fk=330kPa。
地下水位在地表以下1.5m处,最大冻土深度为1.0m。大连地区基本风压为0.65kN/m2,基本雪压为0.4kN/m2。
(4) 抗震设防要求:
按7度近震设防,Ⅱ类场地土。

水、电和交通条件具备,各种预制构件、材料保证供应;施工单位机械设备齐全,技术力量雄厚,可保证质量和进度要求。
