摘要:目前研究的激光内雕机的重点都放在了工艺研究上,它也是目前制约内雕技术进一步发展的关键因素。本论文根据目前雕刻技术的现状,在现有的内雕工艺的基础上,通过进一步了解激光雕刻原理,设计新的加工工艺。本文以国产 ZT-532B 设备为例,在现有的设备水平和工艺方案下,分析影响因素,通过实验总结各个参数对水晶玻璃的雕刻质量和效率的影响规律,主要研究了以下几个方面:
1根据激光内雕原理,分析雕刻的形成过程;
2系统分析激光雕刻影响因素,包括功率、焦距、图形点数、雕刻次数;
3 在Coreldraw制作所要雕刻图形的矢量图;
4 通过实验总结,重点分析了激光雕刻速度、点距离、图形点数及雕刻次数对激光内雕的影响,总结得出了工艺参数优化方案;
本篇文章通过对各种参数设置进行试验比对和分析,根据影响雕刻质量的因素隔 出了自己的加工工艺方案,达到了课题研究的目的。

Design of green laser internal carvings based on 532nm
Abstract:At present, the focus of the research laser is on the process, and it is also the key factor that restricts the further development of the inner carving technology. Based on the present situation of engraving technology, this paper, based on the existing internal carving technology, designs new processing technology by further understanding laser engraving principle. This article in domestic ZT-532B equipment, for example, under the existing equipment levels and technology of the scheme, the analysis of influence factors, through the experiments of various parameters on the crystal glass carving the influence law of quality and efficiency, mainly studied the following aspects:
1. Analyze the forming process of engraving according to the principle of laser engraving;
2. The system analyzes the influencing factors of laser engraving, including power, focal length, graphics points and engraving times;
3. The vector drawing of the engraving figure to be made in Coreldraw;
Through the experiment summary, the influence of laser engraving speed, point distance, figure points and number of engravings on the laser engraving is emphatically analyzed, and the optimization scheme of process parameters is summarized.
This article, through the comparison and analysis of various parameter Settings, according to the factors that affect the quality of carving, the process plan is separated, and the purpose of the research is achieved.
