摘  要 本文介绍两种Z形件级进模设计方法。根据本Z形件的特点,设计
出两种不同的材料排样方案,直排、横排。由于排样方案和工位顺序,明确零件的具体冲制过程,计算零件所受冲压加工力,分别计算出冲裁力和弯曲力。用级进模可直接从条料—模成形冲制出各种类型、形状复杂的板料弯曲件,具有操作安全、机械化与自动化程度高、可实现优质高产低成本等一系列优点,适于在成批与大量生产种推广应用,也是现代冲压生产技术的发展方向。

Design Of Progressive Die Components On Z-Shaped
Abstract This article mainly introduces two designs of Z-shape parts.According to the feature of this Z-shape parts,I scheme out two different projects about blank layout,including the straight row,the  horizontal row.Basing on the arranged projectsand wording orders,to make  sure the concrete blanking process of the elements and calculate the punching pressure .One progressive die can be diretly used to produce all kinds of sheet bending part,which has many advantages,such as safe operation,high automation,high production and locosts,etc.Therefore,it is suitable in batch process.
