本工程为实际应用课题,地点在江苏省南京市,建筑面积约6000m2,建筑平面长宽约为66m*24m,为三跨5层钢筋混凝土规则框架。
所要编写的方案是门诊保健大楼的框架结构的建筑设计,从课程设计资料中可以初步了解该工程基本的结构形式,安全等级,气象资料和工程地质资料,在设计过程中主要 其计算荷载作用下的结构内力,找出最不利的内力组合,从而选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。设计并制定施工指导方案。
主要通过《混凝土结构设计规范》、《建筑抗震设计规范》等规范,结合工程实际进行研究,提出本人对结构设计的一些看法。目前结构计算和以前相比更加复杂多样,因此不可能一次完成,而应当从整体到局部、分层次完成。主要计算过程可以分为四步进行:整体参数计算,整体合理性计算,构件优化计算和抗震性能验算。每步计算中又包含多次试算,在上一步计算取得合理结果以后,方可进行下一步计算,以便使结构计算过程科学化,提高设计工作效率。

Abstract
This project is a practical application subject, place in Jiangsu Province,Nanjing City, construction area is about 6000m2, floor length to width is about 66m*24m, three span 5 storey reinforced concrete frame.The compilation scheme is the architectural design of frame structurebuilding of outpatient care, from the curriculum design data can be a preliminary understanding of the basic structure, the safety class,meteorological data and geological data, in the design process, mainly thecalculation load internal force, find out the most unfavorable combination,thus selecting the safety results of the reinforcement and drawing. Designand develop guidance project construction.
Mainly through the "code for design of concrete structures", "code for seismic design of buildings" and other specifications, combination ofengineering practice, I propose some views on structure design. At present,the structure calculation and compared before more complex, it is not possible to finish in one time, but should from local to the whole, completehierarchy. The main calculation process can be divided into four steps: the whole parameter calculation, the overall calculation, component optimization calculation and seismic performance calculation. Each calculation consists of repeated calculation, after a step obtained reasonable results, we cancalculate the next step, in order to make the structure calculation process more scientific, improve the design efficiency.

1.1 设计资料依据
1.1.1 工程概况
拟建建筑物为南京医科大学门诊保健大楼。总建筑面积约6075m2。设计年限为50年。结构类型:框架结构5层、底层层高4.5m,其余层高均为3.6m。基础选用桩基础。楼内设有三个楼梯,楼梯宽为3m。楼梯的布置均已符合消防、抗震的要求。楼内还设有两个医用电梯,轿厢深度为3m。
1.1.2 自然条件
① 地质、水文及气象资料:
(1)拟建场地地形平坦,Ⅱ类场地土,地面粗糙度属B类,土质分布具体情况见表1-1,表中给定土层深度由自然地坪算起。

A.填土,上部的厚度不大的杂填土,下部主要为素填土,局部有灰,淤泥质填土分布,层厚1.0~2.2m
B.淤泥质粉质粘土,灰色,流塑,层厚9.5-11.8m
C.粉质粘土,黄褐色,可塑,未钻穿
