摘 要
激光标记技术是激光焊接,激光切割,激光热处理,激光钻孔等技术的应用,以一个新的处理技术的发展之后,是一个非接触,无污染,无磨损新标记处理。【1】
激光标记原理是基于使用脉冲激光束(具有的能量密度更高的),它聚焦在工件表面上,在激光能量的照射区域产生的能量就被转换为加热,使工件表面温度上升,造成表面的材料出现溶融,烧蚀,汽化等现象,由于表面材料在蒸发的时候慢慢减少,所以材料才会形成凹坑,这会永久性标记成文本、图形而附在工件表面上。激光打标技术是现代最先进的精密加工方法的传统方法,它具有具有非接触,无机械应力,无污染,标记清晰,耐用性好,速度快,比较低能耗,运行成本低,灵活性,安全性好效果,灵活性,效率高,显著的优势,与传统的机械划线,电偶腐蚀,电火花等相比,所以成为了现代常规标记方法。激光打标技术的优势,使得它可以满足快节奏,现代化的大批量高效生产。根据市场需求和技术,设计和开发非常实用和可靠的注塑件激光打标系统,并结合现有的激光打标机器,可以在流水线方便快捷的实现高效激光打标。
在激光打标的过程中,关键是准确控制被标记工件的位置。使其既能保证在打标过程中不偏斜,又可以提高打标成功率。所以,对激光打标过程中的工件定位装置研究具有非常重要的意义。

Abstract

The advantages of laser technology standard, so it can meet the fast-paced, high-volume modern and efficient production. According to market demand and technology, design and development of highly practical and reliable injection laser marking systems, combined with existing laser marking machine, it can be convenient for efficient laser marking in the pipeline.
In the laser marking process, the key is to accurately control the position of the workpiece to be marked.
