摘要
本论文是对颗粒包装机封口系统的设计,首先以相似类型的颗粒包装机为参考,讨论了许多包装机的封口方法,并指出各个封口方式的优劣,然后重点对热封形式进行研究和设计。依据包装工艺路线,确定了设计方案,根据对比分析结果,确定了横封、纵封以及切断机构的形式,从基本理论、基本工作原理、基本分析方法上对设计作了阐述,并进行了结构设计及相关计算。
封口对于包装来说是一道不可缺少的工序,只有封口以后才能密封保存和便于运输销售,因此对封口系统的详细研究设计就具有了一定的意义。
本设计能进一步提高包装机封口系统的性能,并且结构简单、结构尺寸较小,便于安装和维护,操作简单方便。

Design of Sealing System for Granule Packaging Machine
Abstract
The paper is about granule packaging machine , discusses the sealing method for many packaging machine, and points out that various sealing methods, and then focus on the research and design of the heat sealing form. On the basis of the packaging process, the design scheme is determined, according to the results of comparative analysis, to determine the horizontal, longitudinal sealing and cutting mechanism of form. From the basic theory, basic principle, basic analysis method of design is expounded, and the structure design and calculation.
Sealing is an indispensable procedure for packaging, only the sealing to storage and convenient transportation sales, so the design of a detailed study of the sealing system has a certain significance.
This design can improve the properties of packing packing machine, and has the advantages of simple structure, small size, convenient installation and maintenance, the operation is simple and convenient.
