摘  要
烟草行业是我国税收的一个重要来源,卷烟包装的生产效率直接影响香烟的生产效益,卷烟包装机折角结构对于卷烟包装起着至关重要的作用,本论文重点研究卷烟包装机折角结构的设计,来提高卷烟包装的效率,降低卷烟包装的废品率。
本文首先论述当前国内外烟草包装机技术的现状,其次根据卷烟包装的设计要求,对卷烟包装折角结构进行设计。根据烟包推送机构、包装纸进纸结构、内衬纸折角结构和商标纸折角结构的功能需要,对推送机构及进纸结构进行了理论计算为折角结构设计提供理论依据,并详细设计了主要结构并给出了关键部分的机构原理图,对原理图的功能进行了描述。最后利用 SolidWorks 软件建立关键部分的三维模型,当包装机在极限受力下,运用 SolidWorks Simulation 有限元软件对关键受力部件进行有限元受力分析。分析结果表明施加应力后的屈服强度远低于材料的许用屈服强度,因此卷烟包装机折角结构设计结果满足使用要求。
本课题对所设计的卷烟包装机折角结构进行系统的设计与分析,有利于改善卷烟包装的自动化生产,降低包装过程中的烟支损坏率。有限元分析得出的应力与应变较小的部位,为以后结构的优化设计提供理论数据。

ABSTRACT
Tobacco industry is an important source of tax revenue in China. The production efficiency of cigarette packaging has a direct impact on the production efficiency of cigarettes. The angle structure of cigarette packaging machine plays an important role in cigarette packaging. This paper focuses on the design of angle structure of cigarette packaging machine, To improve the efficiency of cigarette packaging, reduce the rejection rate of cigarette packaging.
This paper first discusses the current situation of tobacco packaging machine technology at home and abroad, and then designs the angle structure of cigarette packaging according to the design requirements of cigarette packaging. According to the function of the cigarette bag pushing mechanism, wrapping paper feeding structure, the angle structure of the lining paper and the angle structure of the trademark paper, the theoretical calculation of the pushing mechanism and the paper feeding structure is provided for the design of the angle structure, and the main design Structure and gives a key part of the organization schematic diagram, the schematic diagram of the function were described. Finally, the 3D model of key part is established by using SolidWorks software. When the packaging machine is under limited force, the finite element software is used to analyze the finite element force of finite force component. The results show that the yield strength of the cigarette packaging machine is much lower than that of the material. Therefore, the design results of the angle structure of the cigarette packaging machine meet the requirements.
In this paper, the design and analysis of the angle structure of the cigarette packaging machine are designed and analyzed, which is helpful to improve the automatic production of cigarette packaging and reduce the damage rate of cigarette in the packaging process.
