摘要
罐头食品拥有携带简易、食用起来方便的特点。因为不受季节和地域的限制,所以随时可供给消费者食用,并且不需要冷藏。随着罐头需量的逐渐增加,生产力的不断提高,在罐头装箱的环节自动化装箱机代替手工装箱已成必然。
装配是机械制造中手工劳动较多的工序之一,在一般的装配工序中可采用具有柔顺性的装配机器人进行工件传递、抓取、相配合零件的插入的工作,以实现自动化装配。
当前,我国包装机械行业正受到国际金融危机的影响和国际竞争的挑战,以价格竞争的销售策略已经不能显现企业的优势。抓住机遇,调整产品结构,以高科技产品提升企业竞争力是未来我国包装机械行业应对危机和挑战的唯一出路。面对我国装箱机的市场需求,包装机械企业应重点开发一批具有国际先进水平的全自动,多功能,节能,环保的现代花装箱机,提高国产装箱机的市场竞争力。专家指出,在开发装箱机产品中一定要充分体现出高效,高精,智能化,标准化,模块化,弹性化且具有多种切换功能,可拆卸以及节能,环保的设计理念。在引进,消化,吸收的基础上,开发出具有自主知识产权的国产品牌。
大多数装箱机是采用气动装置来实现操作的,此次装箱机的设计主要包含动作的机构部分、吸盘、控制部分、动力源。由带制动的电机驱动,使其完成装箱运转。通过独特的双四连杆机构,使罐头的升高和降落运动平稳准确。通过吸气、排气及电控等方式把罐头准确、可靠地放到箱子里。本机在工作过程当中,起步和终止均缓慢平稳,中途运动较快,缩短非工作时间,提高生产效率。
罐头和箱的进出、定位、装运动作,安作保护均由PLC控制。

Abstract
Canned food has to carry, edible convenient etc. characteristic, may do not get season with the restriction of region, may supply at any time to customer, need not refrigeration. Along with the gradual increase of canned requirement the unceasing raising of productivity in can pack the link automation of case pack case machine replace handwork pack case have become inevitable.
Assembly is the one of handwork process of more labour in mechanical production . In general assembler order, may adopt the assembly robot who has compliance to carry out workpiece, transmit ,grab take,appearance coordination element insert enter work , with realize automation assembly.
Rnational financial crisis and international competition challenge, to price competition strategy of the sales have not show the advantage of the enterprise. Seize the opportunity, adjust the product structure, improve enterprise competitiveness is the future of our country with the high-tech products packaging machinery industry the only way out of the crisis and challenge. In the face of market demand of packing machine in our country, packaging machinery enterprises should focus on development of a batch of internationally advanced level of fully automatic, multi-function, energy saving, environmental protection, modern flower packing machine, improve the market competitiveness of domestic packing machine. The expert points out, in the development of packing machine products must fully reflects the high efficiency, high precision, intelligent, standardized, modular, elasticity and has a variety of switch function, removable and energy-saving, environmental protection design concept. In the introduction, digestion, absorption, on the basis of developed with independent intellectual property rights of domestic brands.
Pack case operation, from the generator drive of tape brake. pass through 4 unique two linkage mechanisms, make can promote and descend to move accurate steady. Through breathing , exhaust with electronic-controlled can correct , put reliablely in chest. this machine working process in, start with terminate slow steady, halfway sport than rapid, shorten non working time, raise production efficiency.
Shipment movement, location and the receipts and payment of can and case are installed is the guarantor to protect, control by PLC.
