摘要:金属配重块广泛应用于工业产品的设计中以平衡和增加产品的重量,分拣工作作为金属配重块生产过程中必不可少的一个环节,越来越受到重视。为了控制生产过程中的成本,进一步扩大产品在市场竞争中的优势,自动分拣技术应运而生。由于传统继电器组成的控制系统已经无法跟上自动化工业发展的步伐,一种新型的工业控制装置——可编程序控制器(PLC)诞生了并在现代制造业自动化控制系统领域得到了推广和应用。本文针对实际生产需要,设计了一套由可编程控制器控制、传感器和气动装置相结合的物料分拣装置。该装置可以对传送带上的金属配重块进行自动称重,将不同重量的金属配重块进行分类,并且纪录数量便于产线工艺质量及设备故障检查从而提高生产效率,降低成本。本设计将采集到的模拟量通过EM235模块进行相应的数据类型转换指令、比较指令和数据传输指令处理,再转化成相应的数字量来实现自动称重分拣。通过西门子PLC的S7-200仿真软件,成功仿真了I/O口的输入输出情况,能够达到设计的预期效果。

Pipeline sorting device based on PLC control
Abstract:Metal weights are widely used in the design of industrial products to balance and increase the weight of products.Sorting work is an indispensable part of the production process of metal weights,and more and more attention is paid.In order to control the cost in the production process and further expand the advantages of products in the market competition,automatic sorting technology came into being.Since the control system composed of traditional relays has been unable to keep pace with the development of the automation industry,a new type of industrial control device,the programmable logic controller (PLC),was born and promoted and applied in the field of modern manufacturing automation control systems.In this paper,a material sorting device which is controlled by programmable controller,sensor and pneumatic device is designed for actual production needs.The device can automatically weigh the metal weights on the conveyor belt, classify the metal weights of different weights,and record the number to facilitate the quality of the production line and equipment failure inspection to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.In this design,the collected analog quantity is processed by the EM235 module through corresponding data type conversion instructions,comparison instructions and data transmission instructions,and then converted into corresponding digital quantities to realize automatic weighing sorting.Through the S7-200 simulation software of Siemens PLC,the input and output of the I/O port were successfully simulated,and the expected effect of the design can be achieved.
