摘 要
融资租赁是集融资、融物与技术更新于一体的新型金融产业,发展至今,已经成为一种重要的融资方式。近年来,我国不断发出推动融资租赁业务发展的信号,未来一段时间内,我国的融资租赁业将迎来新的发展契机。随着利率市场化改革的逐步推进,传统的竞争模式已经受到极大的挑战,利差收入的渠道不断收窄,盈利空间的大幅缩减,这些都在一定程度上阻碍了融资租赁公司的发展。融资租赁公司急需从传统的经营模式中走出来,寻求一条可持续发展的道路。
纵观国内外金融市场的发展历程,银行业借助投资工具开展综合化经营是转型的重要路径。对于融资租赁公司而言,适时推动投资业务也有类似的动因和逻辑。2016年以来,银行在“投贷联动”的政策推动下已经明显加快实践步伐。借鉴银行“投贷联动”经验,探索融资租赁公司的“投租联动”业务,科学的植入投资思维,以服务客户为中心,综合运用租赁、资管、PE、证券等金融媒介,在合法合规的前提下为客户提供全面的金融服务。可以说,投租联动业务可能成为融资租赁公司转型升级的重要选择。
在上述背景下,本文主要在结合当前发展现状的基础上对融资租赁公司开展投租联动的必要性和可行性进行分析,并针对目前投租联动业务存在的障碍和问题提出相关的政策建议。

THE DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF THE LINKAGE OF RENTING AND VENTURE IN FINANCIAL LEASING COMPANIES
Abstract
Financing lease is a new type of financial industry integrating financing, financing and technology renewal. It has become an important financing method since its development. In recent years, China has continuously issued signals to promote the development of financial leasing businesses. In the coming period, China's financial leasing industry will usher in a new development opportunity. With the gradual advancement of the interest rate liberalization reform, the traditional competition model has been greatly challenged. The channel for income spreads has been continuously narrowed, and the profitability space has been greatly reduced. These have, to some extent, hindered the development of financial leasing companies. Financing leasing companies urgently need to step out of the traditional business model and seek a sustainable development path.
Looking at the development process of domestic and foreign financial markets, the banking industry is taking advantage of investment tools to carry out integrated operations as an important path for transformation. For financial leasing companies, there are similar incentives and logics for timely promotion of investment business. Since 2016, banks have significantly accelerated the pace of practice under the policy of “investment and loan linkage”. Drawing on the bank's experience in “investment and loan linkage”, it explored the “leasing of investment linkage” business of financial leasing companies, scientifically implanted investment thinking, and focused on serving customers and integrated the use of financial media such as leasing, asset management, PE, and securities. Compliance provides customers with comprehensive financial services. It can be said that the leasing and linkage business may become an important choice for the transformation and upgrading of financial leasing companies.
Under the above background, this paper mainly analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the financial leasing company to carry out investment and renting linkage based on the current development status, and proposes relevant policy suggestions for the existing obstacles and problems in the investment and lease-linked business.
