摘要:孩子之间的冲突在现实生活中是十分普遍与频繁的。这是他们在成长过程中必要经历的自然历程。因为幼儿在不成熟阶段,对社会的认知不够,与小伙伴的交流容易产生误会从而形成不必要的冲突。本研究从实际出发,采用对实际现象的处理,加以对每年相应的数据的处理,从理论到实际,从量的研究到质的研究。本研究主要从三个方面, 第一,通过量化分析和质性分析幼儿同伴冲动中老师在调节中起到的作用,第二,从教师观念到实际影响冲突化解的因素,第三,结合实际思路与教师的观念,就幼儿冲突的管理与教育提出相关的教育和指导策略。依据策略,我们就冲突的定义,存在的原因等方面就现状的数据进行统计,此外,依据冲突的解决以及教师的调节作用进行信息处理,提出有改进性的措施及处理方案。

Abstract: The conflict between children is very common and frequent in real life. This is the natural course of their growth. Because children in the immature stage, the social awareness is not enough, and the small partner of the exchange is easy to produce misunderstanding to form unnecessary conflict. In this study, the actual situation, the use of the actual situation, to deal with the corresponding data every year, from theory to practice, from the amount of research to qualitative research. This study mainly from three aspects, first, through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the teacher children's impulse to function in the regulation, second, third factors, from the concept of teachers to resolve the conflict between the actual effect, combined with the actual ideas and the concept of teachers, the children rushed to the management and education process and put forward related education and guidance strategy. According to the strategy, we will define the conflict, as the reason for the existence of the status of data statistics, in addition, according to regulation of conflict resolution and teachers' information processing, put forward some improvement measures and treatment scheme of the.
