试论网络时代教师素养的提升(论文5000字)
摘要:教学素养是教师对教育事业的认识,以及作为教育工作者所应有的各种知识在自身内化而成的修养和品质,也可以说是教师作为教育工作者的职业素养。它不是遗传的,而是通过学习和实践逐步获得的。21世纪被成为信息时代,随着计算机的发展,和网络技术的普及,人们获取知识的途径拓宽了,获取知识的速度加快了,人类的知识量也在飞速的增长。随着媒体教学,计算机网络教学等网络因素在教学中的运用,也给中学教育带来了巨大的变革,这就给身处网络时代的中学教师提出更高的素养要求,网络技术的日新月异,网络教育的快速发展,给新时代的中学教师也带来了机遇和挑战,为了顺应网络教学模式的发展,中学教师必须顺应时代潮流和趋势,面对问题,迎接挑战。
有人说网络是一柄双刃剑,有益之处在于可以增宽人民的信息获取范围和途径,然而,却对信息质量不能筛选,因此,随着网络教学技术的发展,如何将网络教学更好的运用到实际教学,这就要求网络时代下的中学老师不但要把握好教学环境和教师角色的变化,更要把握好网络教学的关口,将优良的信息尽可能多的传达给学生,同时,还需要中学老师不但要有教师的一般素养,还应具备顺应时代发展的独特教学素养。本文主要从教育者素质提升的四个主要方面:人文素质、信息技术素养、创新能力以及学校培养方面提出了网络时代教师素养提升的办法。

Abstract:Teaching quality is the teacher of education awareness, as well as educators should have a variety of knowledge in their internalization into cultivation and quality, but also can be said to be teachers as educators of occupation accomplishment. It is not genetic, but by learning and practice gradually acquired. Twenty-first Century is the information age, with the development of computer, and the popularization of network technology, the way people access to knowledge widened, knowledge acquisition speed, human knowledge is in rapid growth. Along with the multimedia teaching, network teaching, network factors in teaching, but also to the secondary education has brought the huge transformation, it gave in the Internet age middle school teachers put forward higher quality requirements, network technology change rapidly, the rapid development of network education, to the new era of the middle school teachers are brought opportunity and the challenge, in order to comply with the development of network teaching mode, teachers must conform to the trend of the times and trends, face the problem, meet a challenge.
Some people say that the network is a double-edged sword, advantages can be broadened people's access to information and approaches, however, was not screened on information quality, therefore, as the network teaching technology development, how to make better use of network teaching to the practical teaching, which requires the network under the age of middle school teachers should not only grasp the teaching environment and the teacher's role changes, must grasp the teaching network gateway, the excellent information as much as possible to communicate to students, at the same time, also need to have not only a teacher of middle school teachers of general literacy, should also have to conform to the development of unique teaching accomplishment. This article mainly from the education quality promotion in four aspects : quality of the humanities, information technology literacy, innovation ability and education aspects of the teachers in network times literacy promotion approach.
