 摘    要
同伴关系是幼儿在未来社会生活的重要组成部分,是幼儿同伴交往能力的重要力量。幼儿之间的交往是构成个人的生活空间和环境的重要因素。它对幼儿十分重要,是幼儿生活中经常需要面对的状况。而同伴交往比起成人交往更有利于幼儿扩展知识,丰富知识、拓展思维,发展操作和解决问题的能力,促进幼儿的语言发展和社会交往能力。
幼儿之间亲密的交往关系,有利于幼儿优秀品质的的形成,可以增加幼儿之间彼此的信任,面对生活会更加乐观,从容。在日常生活中人与人之间的冲突是时常发生的,而争吵,打架更是幼儿生活中普遍出现的现象。心理健康和身体健康都是家庭对幼儿需要关注的。在幼儿园,如果需要建立良好的师幼关系,必须认识到幼儿才是教学活动的主体性,教师要明确自己的职业身份,学会在实践中积累经验,才能产生一定的效果,以达到预期的教育目标。
要注重培养幼儿之间的良好关系,这样才会使家庭氛围变得和谐,美好起来,也能是孩子之间的关系变得越来越亲密,相反的,如果幼儿时间的关系变得不友好,那么,就会对孩子产生一些不好的心理,例如:自卑,胆小、孤僻等,不利于孩子的成长过程。所以,作为幼儿的家长和老师,身上肩负着重大的责任,由着义不容辞的义务。

ABSTRACT
   Peer relationship is an important part of interpersonal and is the basis for the children's peer interaction skills. Interpersonal communication is the personal living space and the environment constitute an important factor. It is very important for children, children's life always have to face the situation. And peer interaction than adult contacts are more conducive to children's expansion of knowledge, rich knowledge, expand thinking, development operations and the ability to solve problems, promote children's language development and social communication ability.
    In the process of teaching in the subject of children and parents in the conflict between people with good interpersonal relationship, can promote children's good quality formation, is conducive to confidence of culture and a positive and optimistic attitude towards life. In life is inevitable, and quarrels, fights more children living in common phenomenon. In the family education should not only pay attention to the child's physical health, but also pay attention to the child's mental health. To establish a good teacher, the teacher to know to children in the teaching activities, recognize their own commitment to the role, through continuous practice, the accumulation of experience, in order to produce an effective interaction between teachers and students to achieve the desired educational goal.
    Guide the children to build the harmony, unity, loving relationships, not tight can create a harmonious atmosphere of life, mutual respect between the children, help each other, full of friendship and warmth. Conversely, a poor interpersonal relationship is not tight on children's physical and mental development impact, form a timid, cowardice, unsociable and eccentric personality, and is not conducive to the growth of children in the collective atmosphere in healthy and happy. So, guide children to establish good interpersonal relationship is we as education, parents bounden responsibility and obligation.
