摘 要
本工程为实际应用课题,地点在徐州市,为某研究院实验楼,四层三跨,办公室若干个,大小会议室,其余为实验室、咨询室、资料室等。要求采用钢筋混凝土多层框架结构。在正常情况下,本工程的合理设计使用年限为50年,建筑结构的安全等级为二级。抗震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.15g,设计地震分组为第二组,地基基础设计等级为丙级。
本说明书包括如下部分:1.工程设计资料;2.确定计算简图;3.框架内力计算, 4.框架内力组合、5.框架梁柱截面设计;5.楼梯结构计算设计;6.现浇楼面板设计;7.基础设计。
本设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分,完成了10张建筑施工图和8张结构施工图(其中包括1张建筑设计总说明和1张结构设计总说明)。对于建筑设计部分,首先进行了建筑方案设计,解决建筑平面、立面、剖面等各部分初步设计,然后在此设计基础上进行施工图设计,选定各部位的工程做法、门窗类别、细部尺寸等,以完善建筑方案图。在完成了以上设计后,开始结构设计,确定各构件、材料,选定结构计算简图进行计算:如采用底部剪力法求水平地震作用大小,采用D值法计算水平荷载作用下框架结构的内力,采用弯矩二次分配法计算竖向荷载作用下的结构内力,从而根据内力组合找出最不利内力进行截面设计,并对框架梁、柱、楼盖、屋盖、楼梯、基础都进行系统地设计计算。
总的说来,毕业设计大学学习的一个综合应用、扩充和深化,训练了我运用学到的理论进行实际设计。

Abstract
This project is a practical application subject, which is constructed in Yangzhou City, as the laboratory building of a research institute. The structure style of this project is three across and four layers. There are several offices in the three layer, some conference rooms in the four layers. The rest are laboratories, counseling rooms and reference rooms etc.
Being required the use of multi-layered reinforced concrete frame structure. Under normal circumstances, the rational engineering design life of 50 years, building structural safety level is two. Building structure safety class two. Fortification intensity is 7 degrees, the basic design earthquake acceleration value of 0.10g, designing earthquake grouped into the third group. Foundation design is class C.
According to architectural design and structural loading, seismic requirements and site geological conditions, a reasonable structural selection and the overall layout of the structure to determine the dimensions of various structural members, select a transverse specimens of the main structural framework for structural design calculations, with the calculated structure structural mechanics framework program of the specimens of Computing and hand calculated results were analyzed; complete staircase design and basic design; PKPM software used throughout the frame structure PKPM Computing; draw up the relevant architectural and structural drawings.
Through this simulation designed to allow students to various courses in Civil Engineering comprehensive knowledge and understanding of architectural design, familiar with structural design and analysis process.
1、工程概况
本工程为实际应用课题,地点在徐州市,为某研究院实验楼,三跨四层,三层设办公室若干个,四层设置约110 m2大会议室1个,约70 m2小会议室2个,其余为实验室、环咨室、资料室等。要求采用钢筋混凝土多层框架结构。在正常情况下,本工程的合理设计使用年限为50年,建筑结构的安全等级为二级。工程的标准层柱网布置和剖面见附图。

3、工程地质资料
1、本工程场地较平坦,废弃建筑已拆除。场地地面高程11.39m。
2、根据地质钻探,该场地土质较均匀,土层分布情况如下:
①素填土,局部为杂填土。
②粘土,灰褐色,可塑,摇震无反应,干强度高,韧性高,中等压缩性土。
③粘土,黄褐色,可塑~硬塑,含少量高岭土条带,摇震无反应,干强度高,韧性高,中低等压缩性土。
④粘土,黄色,可塑~硬塑,摇震无反应,干强度高,韧性高,含少量高岭土条带及铁锰结核,夹钙质结核较多,局部成层,中低压缩性土,未穿透。
