摘  要：近年来，随着市场经济在我国的逐步建立和完善，建筑地基基础工程造价管理也得到了空前的发展，它是以科学的方法对建筑地基基础工程造价进行科学的管理,保证建筑地基基础工程成果达到安全可靠、经济合理的目标,保证其施工的可行性。工程的盈利与否、利润的多少都与建筑地基基础工程造价密切相关，建筑地基基础工程造价的管理贯穿于工程的施工全过程，本文着重谈论了建筑地基基础工程造价控制的几个阶段及其内容，目的是使其更趋于合理性且不超过批准的概算，而更积极的意义在于合理使用人力、物力、财力，以取得最大的投资效益。因此，在工程管理中，要充分认识建筑地基基础工程造价的重要性，使工程造价合理的使用人力、物力、财力，从而达到最大投资效益的目的。

Research in Engineering Cost Management of Architectural Base Foundation Engineering
Abstract：In recent years, along with the market economy having gradually established and perfected in China, Building Foundation Project Cost Management has achieved unprecedented development. With scientific methods, it conducts scientific management to building foundation project cost, in order to ensure the project is safe, reliable, economic, reasonable and in the feasibility of construction. The profit  and margin of the project is closely related to the building foundation project cost. The management of the building foundation project cost is employed through the whole process of the construction. The paper focuses on discussing the several stages which controlled by the building foundation project cost and their contents , aiming to make them as reasonable as possible, and do not exceed the approved budget. Moreover, more positive significance of the building foundation project cost is to better distribute human, material and financial resources, in order to obtain the largest investing profit. Therefore, in project management ,we should fully understand  the importance of the building foundation project cost, to make the most use of human, material and financial resources, so that we can gain the best result of the investment.
