摘要
本工程是教学楼,共五层,底层4.2m,其他层高均为3.9m,建筑面积为5177.12m2, 高度为22.3m。建筑总体布置为一字形,结构为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,抗震设防烈度为6度,抗震等级为三级。结构设计时取一榀具有代表性的框架进行设计,活荷载计算采用三种不利组合,水平地震作用采用底部剪力法计算。内力计算中恒荷载作用采用迭代法进行计算,活荷载采用分层法进行计算,水平荷载作用采用D值法进行计算,内力组合考虑非抗震组合和抗震组合。截面设计时考虑“强柱弱梁、强剪弱弯”的原则进行内力调整,最后进行了楼梯设计。   
在确定框架布局之后,先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出自震周期,进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小,进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。接着计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力。 找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合, 选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。此外还进行了结构方案中的室内楼梯的设计,完成了平台板,梯段板,平台梁等构件的内力和配筋计算及施工图绘制。

Abstract
This is a teaching building of a university. It has five stories, and the height of the every storey is 3.9 meters. The building area of this engineering is5177.12 square meter, height is 19.8 meter. Building the intake workinteger arranges for L form, the structure is now to sprinkle the steel concrete framing structure, anti- the earthquake establishes to defend strong kilowatt hour as 7 kilowatt hour, anti- earthquake order is x-rated. Structural design the hour take a has the representative framing proceeds the design. In the calculation of internal forces,permanent load function uses iterative method o carry on the computation  , while  variable load   uses the delamination to carry on the computation,level quake function adoption the bottom shearing force logarithm of timw fitting method logt computes, inner force computation inside perpendicular lading function adoption the layering logarithm of timw fitting method logt proceeds the computation, the level lading function adopts the worth logarithm of timw fitting method logt in D proceeds the computation, inner force articulation consider not anti- earthquake combine to shake the articulation with anti-.Cutting the hour of design considers" the weak beam, strong shear in strong stanchion is weak curved" of principle proceeding inner force readjustment. Finally to the stair way design
When the directions of the frames is determined, firstly the weight of each floor is calculated .Then the vibrate cycle is calculated by utilizing the peak-displacement method, then making the amount of the horizontal seismic force can be got by way of the bottom-shear force method. The seismic force can be assigned according to the shearing stiffness of the frames of the different axis. Then the internal force (bending moment, shearing force and axial force ) in the structure under the horizontal loads can be easily calculated. After the determination of the internal force under the dead and live loads, the combination of internal force can be made by using the Excel software, whose purpose is to find one or several sets of the most adverse internal force of the wall limbs and the coterminous girders, which will be the basis of protracting the reinforcing drawings of the components. The design of the stairs is also be approached by calculating the internal force and reinforcing such components as landing slab, step board and landing girder whose shop drawings are completed in the end.

 1.2.3 工程规模:总建筑面积5177.12m2,建筑高度22.3m,层数5层,底层柱高4.2m,其他层高均为3.9m,室内外高差为0.6 m;东西长65.7m,南北长为17.7m,钢筋混凝土框架结构,呈长方形平面。
 1.2.4 自然条件:
1、降雨量:历年平均降雨量739.2mm;
2、气温:最热月平均温度26摄氏度,最冷月平均温度-4摄氏度;                 
3、全年主导风向:东南风,平均风速2m/s,基本风压0.45KN/m2;
4、基本雪压0.45 KN/m2;
5、地震基本烈度:6度地震;
6、水、电、暖及通讯管线均已通至场地,留有接口;
7、活荷载:按不上人屋面荷载标准值为0.5KN/m2,房间楼面活荷载2.0KN/m2,厕所活荷载2.5 KN/m2,走廊、门厅、楼梯活荷载为2.5 KN/m2(准永久值系数均为0.5)。
8、承重墙体采用加气混凝土砌块,粉煤灰空心砖或轻质墙板。

据设计任务书的要求及规范规定,本着设计标准化、构建生产标准化、施工机械化的原则,本方案设计尽可能采用标准图集,考虑施工方便,采用长方形柱网布置,柱网尺寸为8.4m×7.2m,8.4m×3.3m,7.2m×5.1m,5.1m×3.3m四种开间进深,钢筋混凝土框架结构。

据设计任务书的要求及规范规定,本着设计标准化、构建生产标准化、施工机械化的原则,本方案设计尽可能采用标准图集,考虑施工方便,采用长方形柱网布置,柱网尺寸为8.4m×7.2m,8.4m×3.3m,7.2m×5.1m,5.1m×3.3m四种开间进深,钢筋混凝土框架结构。
