摘要
滚动球轴承普遍的应用于各种行业,本次论文,主要是运用adams全面的数据功能以及强大的建模及分析功能,首先用proe建立滚动球轴承的模型,并导出x_t格式,然后导入adams中,首先规定每个零件的材料,并利用用户自定义功能在adams已经建好的模型中,规定好每个零件间的相互作用力,运用adams强大的仿真功能,对球轴承模型进行动力学分析。然后通过改变对模型施加的作用力及驱动力等条件,对不同工况下的轴承模型进行动力学分析。并得到各部件对应的运动状况图。该技术可以迅速并且直观地表现其仿真结果。

滚动球轴承构造不难,但是各部件之间的相互力的作用有些繁杂,甚至有时候有润滑油的干扰,所以对其进行动力学分析并不简单,借此创立的非线性方程也很难得出结果。下面首先介绍了如何用proe软件建立一个球轴承模型,然后再借助adams优秀的仿真功能对模型进行动力学分析,充分发挥了两个软件的各自优势,增加了研究效率,同时也保证了结果的科学性和准确性。
Abstract
Rolling ball bearings are widely used in various industries. This paper mainly uses the comprehensive data function and powerful modeling and analysis function of adams. First, we use proe to build the model of rolling ball bearings, and then we export the XSP format, and then import it into adams. First, the material of each part is specified, and the dynamic analysis of the ball bearing model is carried out by using the user-defined function in the model already built by adams, the interaction force between each part and the powerful simulation function of adams. Then, by changing the force and driving force applied to the model, the effects of different working conditions on the The dynamic analysis of bearing model is carried out. The corresponding motion picture of each component is obtained. This technique can express the simulation results quickly and intuitively.

The structure of rolling ball bearing is not difficult, but the interaction between the components is complicated, and sometimes there is interference of lubricating oil, so it is not simple to analyze the dynamics of rolling ball bearing, and it is difficult to get the result of the nonlinear equation. This paper first introduces how to build a ball bearing model with proe software, and then makes dynamic analysis of the model with the help of the excellent simulation function of adams, which brings into full play the respective advantages of the two software and increases the research efficiency. At the same time, the results are guaranteed to be scientific and accurate.
