摘要
环控柜是一种集成式的控制装置,主要运用于地铁轨道系统。环控柜一般主要控制地下交通通风系统,主要控制冷却机组、冷却水泵、送风机、鼓风机等诸多设备,随着科技不断的进步,现在的环控柜逐渐对地下轨道系统的照明、上下电梯等设备也进行了统一的控制。这样集中控制的好处就是方便设备的集中维护和维修。本文的主要内容是对环控柜进行设计,通过介绍国内外环控柜的发展现状,还有不同负荷等级的设备的配电形式等一系列内容。

ABSTRACT

概述
利用隔离开关、接触器、继电器电机的运作进行控制,达到简便快捷的效果。方案适应工厂机台操作需求,方便工人进行手动与自动操作。
配电柜主电路:隔离开关一次侧与进线端,二次侧下接铜排,塑壳空气开关一次侧与铜排相连,二次侧通过电缆与三相交流接触器一次侧相连,接触器主触头接线端子与电机相连。在正常情况下主电路受控制电路控制使接触器线圈通电或断电,达到控制负载的目的。
