摘 要
近年来,我国新农村建设取得了飞速发展,新型农业耕作模式替代传统耕作模式并实现了高速发展,已经成为国民经济的支柱产业,作为装备新农业产业的深层灌注施肥机械工业发展尤为迅猛。深层灌注是一种简单高效的施肥技术,本文介绍了一种深层灌注施肥机,这种施肥机采用手持设计,在手持支架上布置了操作按钮,操作简单方便;采用中空旋转自攻钻头,钻土的同时实现了肥水的实时传输;传动方式采用蜗轮蜗杆减速器直接驱动的方式,传动效率高。该施肥机实现了深层土壤定点施肥,减少肥水流失的同时提高了植被的吸收效率。

Abstract
In recent years, the construction of new rural areas in our country has made rapid development. The new agricultural farming model has replaced the traditional farming model and achieved rapid development. It has become the pillar industry of the national economy, and the development of the deep perfusion fertilization machinery industry as an equipment new agricultural industry has been particularly rapid. Deep perfusion is a simple and efficient fertilization technology. This paper introduces a kind of deep perfusion fertilization machine, which adopts the handheld design, and has the operation button arranged on the handheld bracket, which is simple and convenient. Using hollow rotating self-attacking drill bit, the real time transmission of fertilizer is realized. The transmission mode adopts the direct driving method of worm gear reducer, and the transmission efficiency is high. The fertilization machine realizes the fixed fertilization in deep soil, reduces the loss of fertilizer and improves the absorption efficiency of vegetation.
