摘要
塑料工业是在现今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一,其中注塑模具也是发展比较快的种类,所以对于了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量而言,透彻的研究注塑模具有非常大的意义。而模具工业在国内的现状就是稳定而迅速的发展,我国的模具制造属于专用设备制造业。中国的模具工业在今年来,不仅国有模具企业有很大的发展,三资企业和乡镇及个体模具奇特的发展也非常的迅速。虽然中国的模具工业发展很迅速,但是依然是供不应求。主要的缺点就是在精密、复杂、大型以及长寿模具等领域。中国目前的平均水平与发达国家相比还是有比较大的差距。而中国模具产业在今后除了继续提高成产能力以外,更要着重于技术水平的发展。
本设计阐述了注射成型的一些基本原理,特别是单分型面注射模具的工作原理与结构,提出了注塑产品的一些基本设计原则;而且详细说明了冷流道注射模具顶出系统、温度调节系统和浇注系统的设计过程,并且仔细说明了对模具的强度要求。通过本设计对注塑模具有了一个初步的了解与认知,注意设计中的一些细节问题,并了解模具的结构和工作原理等。

Abstract
Plastic industry is in what is now one of the world's fastest growing industrial categories, including the types of injection mold is also developing faster, so for our understanding of the production process of plastic products and improve product quality, thorough research on injection mold has the very big significance. And the present situation of the mould industry in China is stable and rapid development, mould making belong to special equipment manufacturing industry in our country. China's mold industry this year, not only has a lot to the development of state-owned enterprises in the mold, foreign-funded enterprises and the development of villages and towns and individual mold strange also very quickly. Although China's mold industry to develop very quickly, but is still in short supply. Main weakness is in areas such as precision, complex, large and long-lived mold. China's current average compared with the developed countries still have larger gap. And the China mold and die industry in the future in addition to continue to improve the production capacity, more focused on the development of the technology.
This design elaborated the basic principle of injection molding, especially the single parting surface injection mould structure and working principle of the, puts forward some basic design principle of injection molding products; And details the cold runner injection mold ejection system, temperature regulating system and gating system design process, and illustrates the requirement towards the intensity of the mould. Through the design of injection mold has a preliminary understanding and cognition and pay attention to some details in the design, and understand that the mold structure and working principle, etc..
