摘要
民以食为天,食物是人类赖以生存的根本,伴随着我们的生活越来越好,人们早就不在乎是否能吃饱的问题,而是越发的重视食品的安全问题,对食品加工的机器也越发的重视,食品工业已经成为我国的第三大产业,食品机械所占有的市场比例也逐年提高,食品价格机械的好坏直接决定的食品的好坏,不同的食品加工方法,也对食品加工机器提出了很高的要求,这极大促进了新型食品加工机器的发展,而食品加工过程中搅拌混合是不可缺少的重要一环,搅拌混合的好坏将会直接影响我们品尝食品的口感。
在现有的机器中,我们所用的食品搅拌机大多数都是半自动的,甚至在有些生产现场是手动加工,而我们此次设计将重点解决此次难题,在查阅历年参考文献的基础上,结合课本与生产现场的情况,提出一种新型食物搅拌机,这种搅拌机不仅可以实现食品的完全搅拌,还可以自动卸料,从而实现食品加工全自动化。
本文主要通过对上述系统以及机构的设计,来总体设计出成本低,效率高,清洗方便的卧式食物搅拌机,它可以解决一般搅拌机存在的卸料难、效率较低等问题,市场前景十分广阔。

Horizontal body design one kind of food mixer
Abstract
Food  is  essential  for  human  survival, Food,  with  the  improvement  of  living
standards, the  focus of people's concerns  and other issues  had not enough to  eat, but
more and  more attention  to food  safety issues,  food processing machines  also more
and more attention,  the food industry  has become China's third  largest industry, food
machinery  market share  of  some  proportion  gradually increased  the  price  of food
machinery  directly  determines  the  quality  of   the  food,  different  food  processing
methods,  but also  for food  processing  machine made  high  demands, which  greatly
promoted  the development  of  new food  processing  machines, food  processing  and
mixing are important and indispensable part, mixing is good or bad will directly affect
our taste the taste of food.
In existing machines,  food mixers We mostly semi-automatic,  and even in some
of the production site is a manual process, but we will focus on the design to  solve the
problem, consult  the  calendar year  on the  basis of  references,  combined Textbooks
and production site  in case a novel food mixers,  this mixer can not  only fully stirring
the food,  but  also can  automatically discharge,  in order  to achieve  food  processing
fully automated.
In this paper,  through the above-described system and  mechanism design, to the
overall  design of  a  low cost,  high  efficiency,  easy to  clean  horizontal food  mixer,
which  can solve  the  general  mixer exists  unloading  difficult,  inefficient  and other
issues, the market prospects are very broad.
