    摘  要：随着生活的不断进步和发展，汽车越来越多的被运用，成为越来越多人们的代步工具，汽车保有量迅速增加，导致了与汽车相关的各种事故的迅速增长，于是汽车保险业也日益深入介入到交通安全领域，在交通安全体系中发挥着越来越重要的作用。我国汽车保险行业仍然处于发展阶段，许多问题需要解决。本文研究我国现有的保险与理赔服务模式，了解现在我国保险与理赔服务状况，总结出其中的问题，并提出适合我国保险事业发展的具体策略。

Research of Automobile Insurance and Claims Service System 
    Abstract:As a result of the continous improvement of life standard, more and more automobiles are being used as a commom transportation device. The ownerships of automobiles have increased so much which leads to the rapid growth of all kinds of automobile accidents, so the automobile insurance business has gone deeply into the the field of transportation security, playing a more and more important role in the public transportation system. Automobile insurance industry is still under-developed in china，many problems remains to be solved. This article is dedicated to the research of the present insurance and claims system，the understanding of the current situation, summarizing the handicaps of the whole system，and giving solid strategies for the development of the automobile insurance industry.
