摘 要
本设计题目为焊片冲压模具设计,体现了冲压零件的设计要求、内容及方向,有一定的设计意义。通过对该零件模具的设计,进一步加强了设计者冲压模设计的基础知识,为设计更复杂的冲压模具做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
本设计运用冲压工艺及模具设计的基础知识,首先分析了冲压件的尺寸及性能要求,为选取模具结构形式做好了准备;然后确定排样的方式;确定模具的设计参数、设计要点及推出装置的选取;根据前面计算出来的冲压力选取冲压机床。
该零件形状简单、对称。是由圆弧和直线组成的,冲裁件内外形所能达到的经济精度为IT12~IT13。孔中心与边缘距离尺寸公差为±0.5。将以上精度与零件的精度要求相以较比,可以为该零件的精度要求能够在冲裁加工中得到保证,其他尺寸标注,生产批量等情况,也均符合冲裁的工艺要求,故决定采用冲压方式进行加工该零件的圆角半径R=0.6≥0.18t=0.18×0.7=0.175符合要求。
