摘 要
本设计题目为带活动挡料销的导板式落料模动画仿真设计,体现了带活动挡料销的冲压类零部件的动画仿真的设计要求、内容及方向,有一定的设计意义。通过对该冲压动画仿真的设计,进一步加强了本人对带活动挡料销的冲压模具的基础知识,为设计更为复杂的动画做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
本设计运用冲压成型工艺及proe动画仿真设计的基础知识,首先分析该冲压模具的结构与性能,最后实现板料冲压成形过程计算机仿真系统设计。在本制作的动画仿真中,采用了活动挡料销进行送料的装置,在送料时不必像固定挡料销那样抬起送料。使用更加方便。

Abstract
The requirement ,content and direction of activities subject to the guide pin block material blanking plate animation simulation module, reflects the activities with sales expected to block parts of the animation category stamping simulation of the design requirements, content and direction of the design of a certain significance.
