摘      要
本设计题目为带固定挡料销的导板式落料模动画仿真设计，体现了带固定挡料销的冲压类零部件的动画仿真的设计要求、内容及方向，有一定的设计意义。通过对该冲压动画仿真的设计，进一步加强了本人对带固定挡料销的冲压模具的基础知识，为设计更为复杂的动画做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
本设计运用冲压成型工艺及proe动画仿真设计的基础知识，首先分析该冲压模具的结构与性能，最后实现板料冲压成形过程计算机仿真系统设计。运用此动画，可以更加方便大家对带固定挡料销的导板式落料模的认识。

Abstract
The design of the subject material for the sales block with a fixed guide plate blanking die design animated simulation，reflects the expected sales with fixed block type parts of the stamping simulation animation design, content and direction of the design of a certain significance.

The use of punch forming process design and simulation proe animation design basic knowledge, the first analysis of the stamping die structure and performance, the final realization of sheet metal forming process simulation computer system design. The use of this animation, we can be more easily fixed with the guide pin block material blanking plate mode awareness.
