摘要
注射模设计主要是围绕一个透明塑料盒来展开的，文中介绍了透明塑料盒的设计思路以及其塑料盒的加工过程。对成形塑件举行一个了合适的构造分析，然后对塑件的材料的确定，进行合理的选择分型面。对塑件一个整体性性的布局来确定最终所需的注塑模具。模具的结构主要表现为结构紧凑，工作较为稳定，操作简易，并且保证其生产塑件的效率。在接下来的本课题后面，将为透明塑料盒进行选择合理的分型面，导柱导套的选取，制定一个导柱导套，最后选择在恰当的位置设置排气槽。最终来确定一个完整的整套模具。

Abstract
the design of injection mold is mainly around a transparent plastic box, the design idea of the transparent plastic box and the process of the plastic box are introduced. The reasonable structure analysis of the plastic parts, the selection of materials, and the reasonable design of the mold technology. Through the plastic parts of the requirements, and ultimately determine the design of an injection mold. The structure of the mould is mainly shown as a compact structure 2, the work is stable, the operation is simple, and the efficiency of the plastic part is guaranteed. The carefully introduced the injection molding technology, the reasonable layout, type selection, gating system, the top choice of institutions, demoulding mechanism, cooling systems, injection molding machine and related parameters of the check and the main parts of the design process.
