[摘要]在原油生产过程中,由于温度压力降低以及轻烃的逸出、溶解在原油中的蜡会以晶体形式析出并吸附在油管及井下设备上,结蜡会影响流体举升的过流截面,增加流体的流动阻力,甚至对油井设备的正常工作也会产生影响。油井结蜡是导致油田采油成本增加的主要原因之一,尤其,现今油田潜油电泵普遍使用,潜油螺杆泵以及井下直线电机采油系统技术的不断发展,使得无杆泵抽油井数量不断增加,无杆泵采油方式改变了原来管柱内的液流输运条件,同时也增大结蜡的机会。为维护油井的正常生产,清除结蜡对油井生产的影响,各个油田普遍采用了定期加药、热洗等常规手段,虽然取得了一定的成效,但是,油井生产费用大幅增加,甚至对油层和环境造成一定污染。因此,从节支、节能和环保等角度出发,针对无杆泵采油系统,设计一种机械式液力自动清蜡装置,该清蜡装置在流体压差作用下实现液力自动清蜡。其主要由刮蜡主体和换向主体构成,刮蜡器将整个清蜡过程分成3次分层分级清蜡,换向主体使清蜡装置在油管内上下往复运动。

[Abstract] in the process of crude oil production, due to the lower temperature and pressure and the evolution of light hydrocarbon, dissolve in crude oil, wax precipitation in the form of crystal and adsorption on tubing and downhole equipment, wax will affect fluid lifting flow section, fluid flow resistance increase, and even affect the normal work of the oil well equipment will also. Oil well paraffin deposit is one of the main reasons for oilfield production cost increase, in particular, the oil field widely used, esp in submersible screw pump production system and downhole linear motor technology unceasing development, makes the rodless pump pumping well number increasing, no rod pump oil recovery mode changed the fluid transport conditions inside the tubing string, but also increase the chance of paraffin deposit. To maintain normal production of oil Wells, eliminate the influence of paraffin deposit of oil Wells production, various fields widely used conventional means such as the regular dosing, hot wash, although has obtained the certain result, but the well production cost is increased, and even caused certain pollution to reservoir and environment. Therefore, from the Angle of the savings, energy saving and environmental protection etc, in view of the rodless pump production system, design a kind of mechanical hydraulic automatic paraffin removal device, the paraffin removal device under the effect of fluid pressure difference to realize automatic hydraulic paraffin. Its main consists of paraffin and reversing subject, scraper to the whole process is divided into three hierarchical classification clear paraffin wax, reversing the body make paraffin removal device within the tubing reciprocating movement up and down.
