摘 要
机械式立体停车库在我们中国是近几十年才刚发展起来的一个新兴产业。因为国民生活条件的不断改善,私家车的数量越来越多,所以导致了车库的需求量也越来越大。立体停车库特点是操作方便快捷,功能全面,安全性程度高,为城市日趋严重的停车形势提供了有效的改善方法,这些年被运用广泛。机械是立体车库种类繁多,其中较为典型的主要有升降横移类、简易升降类、平面移动类、巷道堆垛类、垂直升降类、垂直循环类、水平循环类等等[14]。
本次设计采用的是升降横移式立体停车库,它是把PLC当作控制核心,利用变频器技术设计出一种能使车库全方位移动的自动控制系统,并且实现了控制电动机变频调速的功能,同时通过组态软件WINCC建立PLC与PC机之间的通信连接,从而实现人机交流[23]。本次设计论述了机械式立体听车库的发展现状和前景,分析了3×3升降横移式立体停车库的运行原理和结构特点,设计了升降横移式立体停车库的PLC控制系统

Design of Control System for Up-down and Transverse Stereo Garage Based on PLC
Abstract
Mechanical three-dimensional parking garage is a newly developed industry in China in recent decades. Because of the continuous improvement of national living conditions and the increasing number of private cars, the demand for garage is also growing. The three-dimensional parking garage is characterized by convenient and fast operation, comprehensive function and high security. It provides an effective improvement method for the increasingly serious parking situation in cities. It has been widely used in recent years. Machinery is a kind of three-dimensional garage, among which the typical ones are lifting and transverse, simple lifting, plane moving, roadway stacking, vertical lifting, vertical cycling, horizontal cycling, etc. [14]. This design uses lifting and moving type. It regards PLC as the control core and uses frequency converter technology to design an automatic control system which can make the garage move in all directions. lt realized the control of the motor frequency control of motor speed, at the same time through the WinCC established between PLC and PC communication connection, realize the man-machine communication. This design discusses the development status and prospects of mechanical stereo garage, analyses the operation principle and structural characteristics of the 3×3 stereo garage, and designs the PLC control system of the stereo garage.
