摘 要
当今社会,交通问题是经济发展的一个大问题,我国的人口压力、现代建设、城市化等都将使这个问题日益突出。交通是否便捷是衡量一个城市生活水平与投资环境的重要指标。改善和提高现有的交通系统的效率已成为当务之急,而提高交通控制系统的效果更是重中之重。在十字路口设置交通灯可以有效地缓解交通压力,并为交通参与者的安全提供了强有力的保障。但是随着社会、经济的快速发展,部分交通灯控制系统已经不能适应现在日益繁忙的交通状况。而且部分交通路口的信号灯工作时间不合理,交通违章或肇事记录不确切。所以,改善与提高现有的交通系统的工作效率,加强交通路口的信号灯控制和安全状况的监控是非常重要的。
本设计主要设计利用PLC来实现十字路口交通灯的远程监控。这是因为PLC具有对使用环境适应性强的特性,同时其内部定时器资源十分丰富,可对目前普遍使用的“渐进式”信号灯进行精确控制,特别对多岔路口的控制可方便地实现。通过交通中心的主机根据具体城市各路口的需要控制各个十字路口的PLC,从而控制十字路口交通灯的变化。
本设计的上位机采用PC机,通过安装在十字路口的监控设备以及移动电子监控设备,对各个十字路口的安全状况进行监控。利用西门子S7-300 PLC强大的逻辑控制功能,基于组态王King View6.0设计了1套交通信号灯监控系统。

Abstract
In today's society, traffic is a big problem in the economic development, China's population pressure, the construction of modern city, will make the problem more prominent. The traffic is convenient is an important index to evaluate a city living and investment environment. To improve and enhance the efficiency of the existing transport system has become a pressing matter of the moment, and improve the effect of traffic control system is the priority among priorities. The traffic light is arranged at the crossroads can effectively alleviate the traffic pressure, and provides a strong guarantee for the safety of traffic participants. But with the rapid development of society, economy, traffic light control system already could not adapt to current traffic conditions. And the signal lamp working time part of traffic intersection is not reasonable, traffic violation and records of the incident is not exact. Therefore, to improve and enhance the existing transport system work efficiency, strengthen monitoring the control of traffic lights and the security situation is very important.
The design of the main design using PLC to realize the control and monitoring of traffic lights at the crossroads. This is because the PLC has the use of environmental adaptability features, while its internal timer is very rich in resources, the progressive "signal for precise control of commonly used at present", especially for the control of multi-fork can be easily achieved. Traffic through the center of the host city according to the specific needs of each intersection control every crossroads PLC, change and control of traffic lights at the crossroads.
The PC of this design adopts PC machine, through the installation of monitoring equipment crossroads and mobile electronic surveillance equipment, safety status of every crossroads monitor. Use of Mitsubishi FX series 2N powerful logic control function of PLC, King configuration software View6.0 based on 1 sets of traffic lights control system was designed.
