摘要:随着生活水平的提高,汽车渐渐成为生活常用品,随之而来的行车安全隐患问题也得到了关注。近年来,随着微电子、计算机、自动控制、传感器等技术的发展,自动化技术被越来越广泛的应用在许多传统行业。无线传输技术是一种成本低廉,实时简便的新型技术,将无线传输技术应用在胎压监测系统中能够进一步提高系统的灵活性。本文立足于此现状,完成了胎压监测系统以单片机为核心的系统设计。系统运用无线技术,结合单片机—传感器系统,设计数据采集与数据显示报警两大模块,实现轮胎状态的监测与报警。
本文借鉴多种产业领域中的自动化方案,结合NRF24l01无线传输模块,设计基于微处理器的胎压监测系统。利用单片机结合温度传感器、压力变送器对轮胎的温度和气压进行检测并传至驾驶室主机,驾驶室主机接收到信息后通过LCD进行显示,对信息的是否异常做出判断和报警提示。

In this paper, a variety of industries in the field of automation solutions, combined with NRF24l01 wireless transmission module, based on microprocessor-based tire pressure monitoring system design. The temperature and pressure of the tire are detected and transmitted to the host computer by the MCU and the temperature transmitter and the pressure transmitter. The host computer receives the information and displays it through the LCD, and makes judgments and warnings on whether the information is abnormal.
