摘 要 本文主要论述了恒温箱实现温度控制所需的硬件电路及软件设计,通过proteus仿真实物图进行测试,完成温控的目的。选用了AT89C51单片机为硬件核心,采用分块独立设计,即温度监控,压缩机降温、显示模块等,通过箱内实际温度和设定温度比较,进行降温和升温控制,同时伴随LED状态显示。当温度高于设定的上限温度值,蜂鸣器报警。此设计所完成的恒温箱主要实现制热与降温控制,满足生活中的应用要求。

Temperature Control of Refrigerator Based on Single Chip Microcomputer
Abstract This paper mainly discusses the hardware circuit and software design for temperature control of thermostat. The purpose of temperature control is achieved by testing the Proteus simulation physical diagram. AT89C51 single-chip computer is selected as the hardware core, and independent design is adopted, which includes temperature monitoring, compressor cooling, display module and so on. Through comparing the actual temperature and the set temperature in the box, the cooling and heating control is carried out, accompanied by LED status display. When the temperature is higher than the set upper limit, the buzzer alarms. The thermostat completed by this design mainly realizes heating and cooling control, and meets the application requirements in life.
