浅谈液力自动变速器控制技术
液力自动变速器的基本形式是液力变矩器与动力换档的旋转轴式机械变速器串联。因它具有对外负载良好的自动调节和适应性,使车辆起步平稳,加速均匀,其减振作用降低了传动系的动载和扭振,延长了传动系的使用寿命,提高了乘坐舒适性、行驶安全性、通过性以及车辆的平均速度。自动变速器的效率低于机械变速器一直是困扰其发展的一个重要原因。为解决这个问题,液力自动变速器历经采用多元件工作轮液力变矩器、闭锁离合器、增加行星齿轮变速器档位、电子控制等多种方法,使之综合经济性能得到了提高。其中最有效的是最近十年来,在控制方面大量应用电子技术,使液力自动变速器的性能上了一个新的台阶。这方面的主要工作有:换档点控制,变矩器闭锁离合器控制,换档质量控制等。
一个典型的液力自动变速器控制系统如图1所示,主要包括输入信号传感器及开关、电子控制单元和输出执行器件。传感器有与电子燃油喷射发动机控制系统共用的发动机转速、负荷、温度传感器,测量变速器输出转速的传感器以及选档杆位置、换档模式、强制低档开关等。电子控制单元由I/O接口、CPU和存储器(RAM/ROM)组成,其作用是决定最佳档位及变矩器是否闭锁。而动作的实现则依靠电磁液压阀。
(1)闭锁离合器的控制

对闭锁离合器均采用电子控制的方法,即由电磁感应式传感器提供变速器输出轴转速信号,节气门位置开关提供发动机负荷信号,再加上换档杆位置和模式开关信号,一并传给控制单元进行处理和控制。
