RESEARCH ON TRAFFIC CONGESTION MANAGEMENT IN THE CENTRAL OF ZHUHAI
摘要
自改革开放以来,中国的经济迎来了高速发展,各大城市的建设也是日新月异。伴随城市的发展,城市交通也迎来了高速发展的阶段。近年来,随着交通拥堵问题越来越显著,全国各地在治理和改善交通拥堵上都积极采取措施,尽量减少城市交通拥堵,提高道路交通通行效率。虽然各自都取得了一定的成绩,但是距离适应经济发展需要和市民出行需求的目标,中国城市道路交通管理仍存在不少待改进的地方。珠海市是国内唯一同时连接港澳的经济发达沿海城市。经济社会的发展也给珠海带来了交通拥堵的问题。解决交通拥堵问题,是拥有安全顺畅的交通环境的前提,关系着人民的生活水平和城市经济能否有一个健康、持续的发展。因此,解决交通拥堵问题迫在眉睫。本文将通过文献分析、个案研究、定性分析和比较分析等方法,引入城市交通、交通拥堵指数等概念,通过对这些概念的理解,按照交通规划、交通建设、交通管理几个环节,针对珠海中心城区交通拥堵实际情况进行分析并提出相关对策。
本文的主要工作如下:
第一,通过对国内外城市交通拥堵治理相关理论的归纳总结,归纳出城市交通拥堵治理研究的概况及主要理论与治理模式。
第二,结合城市交通拥堵产生的基本机理,从源头上梳理出珠海市交通拥堵产生的原因。
第三,在借鉴国内外各大城市交通拥堵治理经验的基础上,结合珠海市中心城区交通拥堵的实际,提出珠海市中心城区交通拥堵治理的对策。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has experienced rapid development, and the construction of major cities is changing rapidly. Along with the development of the city, the city traffic also ushered in the stage of rapid development. In recent years, with the traffic congestion problem more and more significant, across the country on the governance and improve traffic jams have actively take measures to try to reduce urban traffic congestion, improve the efficiency of road traffic. Although each has achieved a certain level of achievement, but the distance is adapted to the economic development needs and the needs of the citizens, the urban road traffic management in China still has a lot of areas to improve. Zhuhai is the only economically developed coastal city that connects Hong Kong and Macao at the same time. Economic and social development has also brought traffic congestion to zhuhai. To solve the problem of traffic congestion is the premise of having a safe and smooth traffic environment, which is related to the people's living standard and whether the city economy can have a healthy and sustainable development. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the problem of traffic jam. This article through the literature analysis, case study, qualitative analysis and comparative analysis methods, such as introduction of urban traffic, congestion index, such as concept, through the understanding of these concepts, according to the traffic planning, traffic construction and traffic management, in view of the actual situation of zhuhai city center traffic jams is analyzed and put forward relevant countermeasures.
The main work of this paper is as follows:
The first, by summarizing the relevant theories of urban traffic congestion management in China and abroad, the general situation and main theories and governance modes of urban traffic congestion management research are summarized.
The second, based on the basic mechanism of urban traffic congestion, the causes of traffic congestion in zhuhai city are combed from the source.
The third, in each big city traffic congestion management experience at home and abroad for reference, on the basis of according to the reality of the zhuhai city center traffic jams, the zhuhai city center traffic congestion management countermeasures are put forward.
