摘要：通过对幼儿饮食习惯、饮食行为及培养幼儿良好饮食习惯重要性的分析，结合对当前不同年龄的幼儿饮食现状及不良饮食习惯的表现形式，论文利用定性分析的方法，从社会、家庭、幼儿自身以及幼儿园这四个方面分析影响幼儿饮食习惯的诸多因素，并最后针对这些影响因素，提出具体的改善意见和对策，为有效的改善当前幼儿表现出的普遍饮食习惯问题，促进幼儿身心健康发展，保证营养均衡摄入提供积极的参考作用。

Investigation and improvement strategies of children's eating habits
Abstract: Based on children's eating habits, eating behavior, and analysis of the importance of cultivating children's good eating habits, combined with the current status of children of different ages diet and poor eating habits form analysis, this paper, by using the methods of qualitative analysis, from the society, family, children itself and kindergarten this four aspects analyzing all the factors that influence children's eating habits, and finally aimed at these factors, put forward concrete improvement Suggestions and countermeasures, to effectively improve the current children show that the eating habits of common problems, promote the development of children's physical and mental health, ensure that business provides positive reference intake balance.
