摘要
随着时代的发展,保险行业也经历着天翻地覆的变化,新兴技术的兴起对保险行业的影响是十分巨大的,尤其是互联网的发展普及,对保险行业的影响是显而易见的。而电子商务的发展又将商业活动变得更加的便捷,也不断催生出新的保险需求。互联网改变了传统行业面貌,是因为随着互联网的普及,人们的消费习惯和行为模式被不知不觉中改变了,商业模式的变革就是为了适应人们消费模式的改变而发生的,就这样,互联网保险应运而生了。然而我国国情决定了,我国互联网保险的发展注定是缓慢而相对滞后的,这与多方面因素有关,如保险行业特点、保险监管规定、保险公司自身创新能力等。而能否大面积普及互联网,在这个大背景下,为得出互联网保险的发展趋势就必须分析互联网保险需求是如何被消费者行为所影响的,还有消费者行为模式是如何改变的等等。接着将已经产生并且发展成熟的互联网保险商业模式为例进行分析,了解互联网保险这一行业的发展趋势,从而提出对策用以解决互联网保险发展过程中面临的问题。

The Internet has changed the traditional industry appearance, because with the popularization of Internet, people's consumption habits and behavior patterns are imperceptibly changed, the business model change is in order to meet the people's consumption patterns change, so, Internet insurance arises at the historic moment. However our country national condition decided, destined to the development of China's Internet insurance is slow and lags behind relatively, this is related to many factors, such as the characteristics of the insurance industry, insurance regulation, insurance company's innovation ability etc.. And whether the large area popularization of Internet, in this context, the development trend that is Internet insurance must analysis is how to be influenced by the consumer behavior of Internet insurance demand, and the model of consumer behavior is changing how etc..Then will have to generate and development business models mature Internet insurance as an example to analyze, understand the development trend of Internet insurance, and then puts forward the countermeasures to solve existing problems in the development of Internet insurance.
