摘 要
公司是社会组织存在的重要形式，是国民经济最基础的细胞，是国民经济健康发展的重要基础。对于公司来讲，公司实现其经营和运营目标，就需要自身的健康营运，而这其中体现出来的能力即是通常所讲的营运能力。因此，公司需要对营运能力进行本质和透彻的分析和研究，建立起完善和科学的分析体系。汽车行业属于国民经济基础产业，整个行业的发展水平与宏观经济的发展息息相关。文章在详细介绍了营运能力的含义和分析要素之后，以汽车中的龙头行业-山西中星新能源汽车生产公司为例，分析其营运能力及相关问题对策。

Abstract
The company is an important form of the existence of social organizations, the most basic cell of the national economy, and an important foundation for the healthy development of the national economy. Therefore, the company needs to conduct an essential and thorough analysis and study of operational capability, and establish a perfect and scientific analysis system. After a detailed introduction of the meaning and analysis of the operational capability, the article takes the leading industry of the car - Shanxi Zhongxing new energy automobile production company as an example to analyze its operational capability and related countermeasures.
