共创集团企业文化建设的现状及对策(14900字)

摘  要：本论文首先围绕企业文化理论及其研究背景，对企业文化的含义、内涵、特点进行了归纳。以共创集团为典型案例，通过对共创集团发展历程和企业文化现状的分析，找出了企业文化建设中存在的问题，并针对共创集团企业文化建设过程中存在的问题对共创集团今后企业文化建设提出一系列具体举措。本研究通过归纳梳理共创集团目前企业文化建设的状况，对今后共创集团企业文化建设提出建议，旨在为企业的开拓创新、谋求未来发展积蓄一笔无形资产，并希望共创集团能够更好的带动衡阳经济的发展。

 The Present Situation and The Countermeasures of Enterprise Culture’ Construction in Gongchuang Group

Abstract：Firstly, this paper summarized the meaning, connotation and feature of enterprise culture in terms of related theory and background information. Take Gongchuang Group for example, this paper revealed the existing loopholes of Gongchuang enterprise culture by analyzing the development progress and cultural status of this Group, and in the mean time, proposed a series of specific solutions against future cultural construction of this company. This article aims at saving an invisible asset for future expansion and innovation of the company, in hoping of Gongchuang Group to better facilitate economic development of Hengyang City.
