摘 要: 无论是在发达国家还是发展中国家,家族企业都大量顽强地生存和发展着,并且在各国经济中拥有举足轻重的地位。家族企业易于创业,但在企业做大之后守业困难,家族式企业要做大做强,引入社会人力资源是必须要做的一件事情。因此当前中国家族企业迫切需要职业经理人的加入。家族企业要走出一条可持续发展的道路,必须改变现状,建设有自身特色的企业文化,招聘合适的职业经理人,建立有效的管理激励机制与约束机制,树立正确的经营理念。面对职业经理人这种特殊的人力资源,家族企业如何进行充分的调动和激励,使其发挥正常甚至更大的作用,这已经成为家族企业和学者们普遍关注的问题。

Abstract:Regardless in the developed country or the developing country, the Family firm massively tenaciously survives and is developing, and has the pivotal status in various countries' economy. The Family firm easy to start an undertaking, but after the enterprise does in a big way safeguards one's heritage the difficulty, the family type enterprise needs to do does greatly strongly, the introduction society human resources are a matter which must do. Therefore current China Family firm urgent need professional manager's joined. The Family firm must go out a sustainable development the path, must change the present situation, constructs has own characteristic enterprise culture, advertises for the appropriate professional manager, establishes the effective management incentive mechanism and the restraint mechanism, sets up the correct management idea. Facing the professional manager this kind of special human resources, how does the Family firm carry on the full reassignment and the drive, causes its display normal even major function, this already became the Family firm and the scholars universal matter of concern.
