中日融资租赁市场发展环境比较研究-兼论对中国的启示(15500字)
摘  要:我国自日本引入融资租赁这一业务以来，虽经多年发展但依旧处于初级阶段，优势尚未发挥。本文立足于中日两国融资租赁市场的发展环境，以立法、监管、税收以及相关扶持政策为对象，从宏观角度对其进行差异比较，从中分析出我国市场控制与引导上存在的不足，以期为融资租赁业在我国发展提供有利借鉴。

Comparative Study of Sino-japanese financing lease market development environment —and Its Implications for China
Abstract: Since China imported the business mode from Japan, though developing many years, but the benefits of such lease was still far from playing out. This paper bases on the Chinese and Japanese lease financing market development environment, In two countries' financing lease legislation, supervision, taxation and related aspects of policy support for object, comparatively study two different development environment of financing lease, and analyse the lack of control and guidance in our market, for providing reference for developing of financing lease in our country.
