摘  要：2007年起源于美国的次贷危机对国际金融市场的冲击到目前为止还没有结束，但其所带来的阴云正逐渐散去，全球经济正处于回暖状态。在这个阶段探讨如何解决这个大背景下的财务战略，对于促进相关企业的发展、进一步提升企业管理水平和抵御金融危机的能力等都具有重要的现实意义。本文就是在这样的背景下，运用生命周期理论，重点分析初创期企业的特征，并且在此基础上对初创期企业进行了分析，运用SWOT分析法对企业的初创期阶段所处的环境进行了深入的分析，提出了企业在此阶段财务战略的制定。

Study On Finance Strategy Of Newly Established Enterprise During Econnmy Recovery
Abstract:The secondary-loan crisis that originate from the United State in 2007 shock the international finance market, and still not have finished,But the influence have gradual disappear, global economy during a recovery period. Discussion on the financial strategy under this period can promote the development of enterprise, improve a enterprise management level and reinforced the ability of resist financial crisis, it’s also have realistic meaning. In this background, putting to use the Life-Period theory, analysing the beginning business characteristic, abased on it, analysing the beginning business, analysing the environment of enterprises, putting forward the design of strategy on this period.
