摘  要：本文在综合国内外权威资料的基础上，在电子商务发展如火如荼的今天，对比分析了主要网上支付的方式及其支付特点，概述了网上支付发展的过程与现状，重点剖析了影响电子商务网上支付发展面临的各种瓶颈因素，并给出了相应的对策研究，同时阐述了我国电子商务网上支付发展的趋势，并期望加深消费者对网上支付的认识， 以更好的促进网上支付及具有中国特色的在电子商务环境下的网上支付的发展。

The Research of China’s Online Payment Development
Abstract: This paper is to analyze and compare with main Online Payment forms and characteristics and summary the process and the current situation of the development of Online Payment, focusing on the analysis of various Online Payment bottleneck factors which has a significant impact on the development of Online Payment with corresponding countermeasures study based on the comprehensive domestic and international authoritative material, and the full swing of the e-commerce development today, at the same time, expouding the trend of the development of China's Online Payment with the expectation to deepen customers’ recognition of Online Payment to better promote the development of Online Payment and the Online Payment with China’s characteristics under the e-commerce environment.
