摘  要
当今建筑越来越呈现出多样化和现代化的特色，随着经济水平的不断提高，人们在满足对“衣食”的基本要求之外，对“住行”也有了更高的要求。因此，人们对建筑装饰这一方面的要求也在随着时代的变化而变化。影响建筑装饰的最重要因素之一就是对技术的管理水平，对整个的建筑工程起着举足轻重的作用，高水平的技术组织管理会使得建筑装饰工程变得绿色、安全、符合大众审美需求和时代特色。因为在建筑装饰的过程当中，需要包括建筑材料的选择、建筑设备的配备和对建筑人员的分工，并且要严格的遵循装饰设计的准则和当前建筑市场的现状。所以装饰施工阶段的技术组织管理是决定施工能否顺利完成的重要环节。
本研究先是先从装饰施工不同阶段的具体要求来论述，分别是技术组织管理的准备阶段、过程阶段以及结束阶段，从这三方面进行深入的论述与分析。再是从装饰施工技术管理所产生的作用来展开论述。

Abstract
Today's architecture is more and more diversified and modern. With the continuous improvement of the economic level, people have higher requirements for "living" in addition to meeting the basic requirements for "food and clothing". Therefore, people's requirements for architectural decoration are also changing with the changes of the times. One of the most important factors affecting the architectural decoration is the management level of technology, which plays an important role in the whole construction project. The high-level technical organization and management will make the architectural decoration project green, safe, in line with the aesthetic needs of the public and the characteristics of the times. Because in the process of building decoration, it needs to include the selection of building materials, the allocation of building equipment and the division of labor for construction personnel, and strictly follow the principles of decoration design and the current situation of the construction market. Therefore, the technical organization and management of decoration construction stage is an important link to determine whether the construction can be successfully completed.
This study first discusses the specific requirements of different stages of decoration construction, namely the preparation stage, process stage and end stage of technical organization and management, and makes in-depth discussion and analysis from these three aspects. Then it discusses the function of decoration construction technology management.
