摘 要
绿化景观离不开水,水是生命之源。绿地有良好的聚水能力,尤其表现在雨水的渗透和地下水的补充作用方面。上海地区一些绿地水景,如喷泉、瀑布、人工湖等人造水景,一般都独立于城市的天然水系,依靠城市自来水系统维持,每年需消耗大量的水资源。利用后的水也多直接排于下水道,而没有用于绿地浇灌或是补充到城市水系;相当数量的喷泉、瀑布不经常使用,当有参观者到访时才喷水;这对于上海这个缺水型城市是多么不适合。当前的一些水景方案,往往注重外观漂亮,而忽视水体生态规律。
生态可持续发展的滨水景观强调自然、社会、美化等综合功能统一共存,注重可参与性,维护和改善城市生态环境质量,以“自然”与“发展”为目标,用环境保护的最新成果去指导城市滨水景观规划与设计,构建完整的生态基础设施,同时关注水系流域和城市本体两方面,达到城市可持续性发展的要求。

Constructing artificial ecological waterscape for sustainable development
Abstract
Green landscape can't live without water. Water is the source of life. Green land has good water collecting capacity, especially in the infiltration of rainwater and the supplementary function of groundwater. Some green water features, such as fountains, waterfalls and artificial lakes, are generally independent of the natural water system of cities in Shanghai. They rely on the urban water supply system to maintain a large amount of water resources every year. Also use after the water is directly discharged to the sewer, and not used for watering green or is added to the city water system; fountain, a considerable number of falls do not often use, when visitors visit to spray; this is how not suitable for this type of water shortage in Shanghai city. At present, some waterscape schemes often pay attention to the beautiful appearance, but ignore the ecological law of water bodies.
Waterfront landscape ecological sustainable development emphasizes the nature and society, beautify the comprehensive function of unifiedcoexistence, focusing on participation, maintain and improve the city's ecological environment quality, with "natural" and "development" as the goal, with the latest achievements in environmental protection to guide city waterfront landscape planning and design, construction of ecological infrastructure complete at the same time, focus on two aspects of the river basin and the city itself, city to reach the requirements of sustainable development.
