摘 要
包钢集团是我国特大型钢铁联合企业,随着钢铁产量的高速增长,钢铁渣的产量也相应快速增长。钢铁渣循环综合利用是建立节约型、环境友好社会的必经之路。包钢西创对钢铁渣进行循环综合利用,不仅保护了环境、节约了能源,同时也取得了良好的效益,促进包钢西创在钢铁渣循环综合利用的道路上不断创新,实现清洁生产,为企业的进一步发展提供了动力和依据。
本文从理论和实证分析相结合的角度,采用定性研究方法、定量研究方法、综合分析归纳和实证分析等方法,主要研究包钢西创钢铁渣的循环综合利用方法及途径,并对其进行效益分析。
首先对钢铁渣及循环综合利用相关理论进行概述。研究包钢西创钢铁渣特点,分析其循环综合利用现状及存在的问题,同时结合国内外目前钢铁渣循环综合利用现状,提出发展包钢西创钢铁渣循环综合利用的必要性。
其次,研究包钢西创钢铁渣循环综合利用方法及途径。包钢西创建设钢铁渣处理生产线提高钢铁渣循环综合利用率。高炉渣通过高炉水淬,将矿渣微粉用于水泥混凝土掺合剂,制备微晶玻璃等,充分发挥矿渣微粉的特性,也提高了水泥混凝土的各项性能,使高炉渣得到了充分循环利用。 钢渣通过热焖磁选工艺,作烧结剂,能降低能源及熔剂和矿石的消耗。钢渣脱硫做脱硫剂,副产品做土壤改良剂,用于盐碱地改造,加大钢渣循环综合利用效率。
再次,对包钢西创钢铁渣循环综合利用进行效益分析。建立效益评价模型,利用层次分析法确定指标权重,运用模糊统计的思想处理包钢西创钢铁渣循环综合利用的数据,利用模型得出钢铁渣循环综合利用资源化效益,为包钢西创在发展钢铁渣循环利用的道路上提供保障。
最后,总结包钢西创钢铁渣循环综合利用成效,实施可持续发展战略,走清洁生产技术、资源综合利用技术和环境无害化技术是包钢当前和未来固体废物处理的自身需求与必然选择。同时不断改进,不断提高钢铁渣循环综合利用。

Abstract
Baotou Steel Group is a very large integrated iron and steel enterprises in our country. With the rapid development of steel production, the production of the iron and steel slag is rapidly increasing accordingly. Circulation and comprehensive utilization of iron and steel slag is a way to establish the saving and friendly society. Circulation and comprehensive utilization of ironand steel slag of XiChuang in Baotou Steel is not only to protect the environment, save energy, but also achieved good benefits. On the way of Circulation and comprehensive utilization of ironand steel slag of XiChuang in Baotou Steel, the technology is innovated, and thecleaner production is come true. For the further development of the enterprise provides the motivation and the basis.
Based on the analysis of the combination of theoretical and empirical perspective, adopt the method of qualitative research, quantitative research methods, a comprehensive analysis methods and empirical analysis, mainly to research on the methods and ways of comprehensive utilization of Iron and Steel Slag of XiChuang in Baotou Steel and it benefits analysis.
The first, comprehensive utilization of Iron and Steel Slag theories are summarized. To research on the characteristics of Iron and Steel Slag,To analysis the comprehensive utilization present situation and existing problems, to combination with present situation of comprehensive utilization of Iron and Steel Slag at home and abroad, put forward the development the necessity of comprehensive utilization of Iron and Steel Slag of XiChuang in Baotou Steel.
The second,research on the methods and ways of comprehensive utilization of Iron and Steel Slag. Processing production lines of Iron and Steel Slag of XiChuang in Baotou Steel are constructed to improve comprehensive utilization of Iron and Steel. The blast furnace slag is quenched by blast furnace water,The slag powder is used for cement concrete admixture and to be done microcrystalline glass, etc. Give full play to the characteristics of the slag powder. And improve the various properties of cement concrete. The blast furnace slag is fully recycled.
Once again, comprehensive utilization of Iron and Steel Slag of XiChuang in Baotou Steel is benefit analysis. Benefit evaluation model is set up, using AHP to determine the index weight. Based on the idea of fuzzy statistical processing be collected data of comprehensive utilization of Iron and Steel Slag of XiChuang in Baotou Steel. Use the model to calculate resource benefits of comprehensive utilization of the iron and steel slag. Provide security for The development of comprehensive utilization of Iron and Steel Slag.
At last, sum up efficiency of comprehensive utilization of Iron and Steel Slag of XiChuang and Implement the strategy of sustainable development. Inevitable choices of solid waste treatment in Baotou Steel apply to the clean production technology, comprehensive utilization of resources and environment harmlessness in current and future. At the same time, to improve constantly comprehensive utilization of Iron and Steel Slag.
