摘 要
灌装机是包装机械中的一种,灌装机由于食品生产的产业化和标准化,其在日用品、食品和药品等领域有着广泛地应用。本次设计的任务是完成八工位灌装机的涂胶装置设计,包括涂胶装置总体布置与传动方式设计,以及关键部件出胶机构与涂胶机构的设计。本篇论文首先从包装机械的应用背景及其种类和国内外灌装机的应用现状进行展开,随后重点围绕现有灌装机中涂胶装置的种类以及各自的优缺点进行研究。在已有的涂胶装置的设计方案基础上,通过改进设计出了用于生产软膏状瓶装产品的灌装机的涂胶装置。由于这种涂胶装置采用滚子式出胶配合往复式涂胶即带传动提供滚子旋转动力,凸轮摆杆实现涂胶头往复运动,使得其工作稳定性好。论文最后简约介绍了凸轮机构并设计了提供驱动力的凸轮,同时确定了凸轮的运动规律以及向量公式和程序的设计。

Design of Glue Device of Automatic Filling Machine
Abstract
The filling machine is one of the packaging machine, Due to the industrialization and standardization of food production, the filling machine is widely used in daily necessities, food and medicine. The task of this design is to complete the design of the glue application device of the eight-station filling machine, including the overall arrangement of the glue application device and the transmission mode design, as well as the design of the glue delivery mechanism and glue application mechanism of the key components.This paper firstly starts with the application background, types of packaging machinery and the application status of filling machines at home and abroad, and then focuses on the research on the types of glue application devices in existing filling machines and their respective advantages and disadvantages. Based on the design scheme of the existing glue application device, the glue application device of the filling machine used for producing ointment bottled products was designed through improvement. Since this glue application device adopts roller-type glue dispensing and reciprocating glue application, that is, belt transmission to provide roller rotation power, the cam swing lever realizes the reciprocating movement of the glue head, making its working stability good. At the end of the thesis, the cam mechanism is briefly introduced and the cam that provides the driving force is designed. At the same time, the movement law of the cam and the design of the vector formula and program are determined.
