Abstract
The basic function of driving axle is to increase the driving axle to the left and right wheels after increasing the transmission axle or transmission torque and reducing the speed appropriately. Secondly, the driving axle also bears the vertical force, longitudinal force and lateral force between road surface and frame or body, as well as braking force and reaction moment. The steering drive axle adds the steering function on the basis of the driving axle, so that the car can run according to the driver's requirements.Drive axle is one of the main assemblies in automobile transmission system. Whether the design of driving axle is reasonable or not is directly related to the performance of automobile. Driving axle is an important part of automobile. It bears all the forces and moments from road surface and suspension. It is one of the worst working conditions in automobile.
Based on the traditional design method of driving axle, this paper studies the design method of steering driving axle of Maiteng 1.8T car in detail, and puts forward a more feasible design idea. According to this idea, design and calculate the data and draw the parts of the steering drive axle. At the same time, I also looked up the structure principle of the drive axle of the existing Maiteng 1.8T sedan, deepened the understanding of the overall structure of the drive axle from the prototype, combined with the latest information about the drive axle and the knowledge of the automobile design books to design calculation and draw sketches, and then used AUTOCAD software to draw the assembly drawings, thus improving the design efficiency.
