摘 要:根据现代农业的要求,使农业生产的效率提高,则采用将深松机构,驱动圆盘犁和V型镇压器作业结合起来,即前置深松铲,中置圆盘犁,后置镇压器。通过合理选择参数和驱动圆盘犁的设计,使作业过程中可以一次完成对土壤的深松、碎土、镇压作业。具有秸杆还田,干耕晒堡,翻土覆盖性能好,耕深适当,碎土性能强,和耕后平整的特点。

Designing of Subsoiling Disk Plow
Abstract: According to the requirements of modern agriculture,in order to improve the efficiency of agricultural production ,so combine the Subsoiler, driving disk plow and V press roller together,that is make the shovel in front, disk plow in the middle,press roller in the behind. By properly selecting parameters and the design of driving disk plow to make the machine can fulfill the deep soiling,breaking the clods and suppression once in operation process.And it possess the features of field straw,dry farming,good function of dig cover ,deep tillage appropriate,the strong perfermance of breaking and making the soil smooth after farming

本次设计的深松圆盘犁具有功率利用率高,湿地行走性好,碎土性能好,工作
宽幅为160㎝,最大耕深为16㎝,配套动力为36.7~47.8。
