摘 要
五轴联动加工中心是复杂平滑曲面加工的重要手段,也是汽车、模具、航空航天业精密复杂零件加工的重要设备。它代表着机床制造业先进技术集成的方向,西方工业发达国家一直把五轴联动数控机床系统作为重要的战略物资,实行出口许可证制度,并对于用于军事领域的五轴联动加工中心实行禁运,所以自行开发精密五轴联动加工中心对我国的航空、航天、军事、科研、精密器械、高精医疗设备等行业的发展有着重要的理论意义和应用价值。
论文在综合比较分析国内外五轴联动设计技术,综合借鉴国内外先进机床设计结构和设计分析手段的基础上,采用设计和试验相结合的方法,系统的对其总体布局、主要功能部件的设计、机床精度保持和机床高速运动的动态性能分析等关键项技术进行了深入研究。详细分析了国外五轴联动加工中心的机床设计方法,探讨了各种机床结构的优缺点,通过大量详细而准确的计算,提出了机床总体布局方案,并完成了头库结构设计、气动控制回路设计。

Abstract
The five axis simultaneously controlled machining center is an important kind of equipmertt,which is used to handle continuous smooth and complicated curve surface in automobile,mold and aerospace manufacturing.It integrates many Advanced machine tool manufacturing technologies.So industrial developed countries implement the export license limit on it and lay an embargo on five axis simultaneously controlled machine for military purpose.Therefore,focused on the field of machine tools,develop the precision five axis machining center for our national aerospace,military,scientific research,precision instrument and medical apparatus industries by US to have the important theories meaning and the application values.
Based on the analysis and comparison of design technologies of five axismachining centers and advanced machine structures,the existent problems and the development trends are analyzed.Some key technologies and methods,such as precision high-speed five—axis machining center's general layout,main function unit design,machine accuracy maintain and dynamic performance analysis of machine’s high-speed motion,are studied.The designing methods of five axis machining center are analyzed and compared in detail.After modeling and calculating lots of engineering restriction functions,the machine’S general layout plan is worked out.Furthermore,some main function units that include machine spindle,feed system and driving unit are finished.
